By accessing or using MindReport, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

MindReport is a tool for reflection. It turns what you share into a structured map of themes, patterns, questions, and possible next steps. It is not therapy, counseling, medical or mental-health care, diagnosis, or a crisis service, and it is not a substitute for any of those. Please read our Disclaimer, which is part of these terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to use MindReport. By using the service you confirm that you are an adult and that the information you provide about yourself is accurate.

You can use the core experience without an account. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and for activity that happens under it. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

Use MindReport for your own personal reflection, or, if you are a practitioner, in line with your professional and ethical obligations. Do not use it to break the law, to harm others, to submit someone else's personal information without a lawful basis, or to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service or its underlying providers.

What you share remains yours. To operate the service, you grant us a limited license to process your content for the sole purpose of generating, storing (if you opt into cloud saving), and returning your report to you, as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not claim ownership of your material and do not use it to train AI models.

Your report is generated by AI models. It can be incomplete, imprecise, or wrong, and it reflects only what you shared in a brief session. Treat it as material for reflection, not as fact, advice, or a verdict about who you are. Use your own judgment, and seek a qualified professional for any decision that matters.

A Focused Sketch (the 7-minute session) is offered free. Longer sessions and additional features may be offered as paid options. Where a session is paid, the price and terms are shown before you begin. We may change features, limits, or pricing over time, and will surface those changes in the product.

MindReport, its design, software, and the underlying ReLoHu™ framework are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer any of those rights to you beyond the right to use the service as intended.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any report will be accurate or suitable for your circumstances.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MindReport and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the service or any report it produces. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold MindReport harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the service or your violation of these terms or of any law or third-party right.

You may stop using MindReport at any time and delete your data from your account menu. We may suspend or end access if these terms are violated or if needed to protect the service or its users.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. When we make material changes, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use MindReport after an update means you accept the revised terms.
