Privacy Policy
MindReport™ is built privacy-first. This policy explains, in plain language, what we collect, why, and the control you keep over it.
Last updated June 15, 2026
The short version
Your sessions are private by default and stay on your device unless you turn on cloud saving. We do not sell your data, and we never use your inner material to train external AI models. You can delete everything at any time. The sections below spell out the details.
Information we collect
What you share in a session. The text you type, or the speech you record (and its transcript), plus any document you upload. This is the material we turn into your report.
Account information. If you create an account or sign in, we store the identifier from your sign-in provider (such as your email) so we can associate your saved sessions with you. You can use the core experience without an account.
Basic technical data. Like most websites, our hosting and infrastructure providers process standard request data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver and secure the service. We keep this to the minimum needed to operate.
How we use your information
We use the information above only to:
Generate your report from what you shared; let you resume an in-progress session; let you access saved sessions across devices if you opt into cloud saving; keep the service secure and working; and respond to you if you contact us.
AI and voice processing
To build your map, the text of your session is sent to the AI model providers that generate it, and for voice sessions, to a speech provider that converts speech to text. They process your content to produce your report. This processing is necessary for the product to work, so a session is never fully invisible to those services while it is being generated. We instruct our providers not to use your content to train their models, and we do not use it to train any model of our own.
Storage and security
Private by default. An in-progress session is held in your browser and saved locally on your device so you can resume it. Nothing goes to the cloud unless you choose cloud saving.
Optional cloud saving. If you turn on Cloud, your sessions are saved to your account so you can reach them from another device. That data is encrypted at rest by our database provider (encrypted on their servers, not end-to-end). Choosing Private keeps everything on your device only.
Data retention and deletion
Local data clears when you finish or discard a session. Cloud-saved sessions remain in your account until you delete them. From your account menu you can delete all saved data, or delete your account entirely. Both require typing a confirmation phrase first, so nothing is erased by accident.
We do not sell your data
Your inner material is not for sale, and it is not shared with advertisers or data brokers. It exists to produce your report and, if you opt in, to let you access it across devices. Nothing more.
Your choices and rights
You can use MindReport without an account, keep every session on-device, export your reports, and delete your data at any time. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of personal data we hold. To make a request, contact us at the address below.
Children
MindReport is intended for adults (18 and over) and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us so we can remove it.
International users
MindReport may be operated from, and processed in, countries other than your own. By using the service you understand your information may be processed in those locations, which may have different data-protection laws than where you live.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product evolves. When we make material changes, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use MindReport after an update means you accept the revised policy.
