MindReport™ is a tool for reflection. It is not a substitute for professional care. Please read this before you rely on anything it produces.

If you are in crisis
MindReport is not an emergency service and cannot help in a crisis. If you are thinking about harming yourself or someone else, or you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line right now. In the United States you can call or text 988 (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline). Elsewhere, search for your local crisis line or emergency services.
Not therapy or medical advice
MindReport does not provide therapy, counseling, psychological, psychiatric, or medical services, and using it does not create a therapeutic or professional relationship. Nothing it produces is a diagnosis, treatment, or medical or mental-health advice. For those, consult a licensed professional.
For reflection and education only
Reports are offered for personal reflection and educational purposes. They are one lens on what you shared in a brief session, not a complete or authoritative account of who you are. Treat them as a starting point for your own thinking.
AI has limits
Your report is generated by AI models working only from what you said. It can miss context, overstate patterns, or be simply wrong. Do not make significant life, health, legal, or financial decisions based on it alone.
No professional relationship
Reading a report, or any content on this site, does not make us your therapist, doctor, coach, or advisor. If a practitioner uses MindReport with you, their own professional duties and judgment govern that relationship, not this tool.
Seek qualified help
If something surfaces that feels heavy, urgent, or beyond reflection, please reach out to a qualified mental health professional or your physician. Support from a real person is not a fallback. It is often the right next step.
