MindReport™ is built privacy-first. Here is exactly how your data is handled, in plain language, no asterisks.
Private by default
A session is held in your browser while you work, and an in-progress session is saved locally on this device so you can resume it. Nothing goes to the cloud unless you turn on cloud saving.
Optional cloud saving
If you choose “Cloud,” your sessions are saved to your account so you can pick them up on another device. The data is encrypted at rest by the database provider, meaning encrypted on their servers, not end-to-end. Choose Private to keep everything on your device only.
How your report is generated
To build your map, the text of your session is sent to the AI models that generate it (and, for voice, the speech provider). They process it to produce your report. This processing is necessary for the product to work, so a session is never fully invisible to those services. Cloud encryption only protects the copy saved to your account.
We don’t sell your data
Your inner material is not sold, and it is not used to train external models. It exists to produce your report and, if you opt in, to let you access it across devices.
Delete any time
From your account menu (the avatar) you can delete all your saved data, or delete your account entirely (both require typing a confirmation phrase first). Local data clears when you finish or discard a session.
